Our Apartments

Civico 38 is the result of a modern redevelopment of an old barn. The interior of which has been carved out two nice and comfortable separate apartments, both apartments are cozy and well modern furbished.

Cristina and Francesco are happy to welcome the guests in the peaceful and relaxing environment, in a few minutes walk from the Monzambano historic castle and 10 minutes walk from the town center where the well-known grape festival is held.

Situated in the Mincio natural park, which leads to the Mincio river with its cycle path, you can reach the city of Peschiera del Garda and Mantova.
Thanks to its strategic position you can easily access to the most important cultural and historical places such as Castellaro Lagusello, Borghetto sul Mincio and San Martino della battaglia.
Also you can reach “Garda lake theme parks” easily— Gardaland, Movieland, Sigurtà gardens, Colà Hotspring, Cavour water park and Caneva Aquapark.
